These terms govern your use of this website and the plumbing services provided by Diamond Bar Plumbing Pros ("we", "us") to homeowners and businesses in Diamond Bar, California and surrounding communities. By using the site or scheduling work, you agree to them.

Scope of services

We perform plumbing work under the California Contractors State License Board C-36 Plumbing Contractor classification, which covers water supply systems, drain, waste, and vent systems, water heaters, and gas piping as defined by CSLB. Work requiring a permit is performed with permits where local code requires them. Emergency response windows are internal service targets, not guarantees of arrival time, and actual response can vary with traffic, weather, and call volume.

Estimates and pricing

Price ranges published on this site are typical internal bands drawn from our own job records and are provided for orientation only. The binding price for any job is the written flat quote presented and approved before work begins. Approved repairs include the waived dispatch fee as described on the quote. Quotes assume reasonable access; concealed conditions such as unmarked slab runs or undocumented modifications discovered during work are re-quoted before proceeding.

Warranty

Repairs carry a written workmanship warranty, the term of which is stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are separate and pass through to you. The warranty covers defects in our labor and does not cover failures caused by unrelated pre-existing conditions, misuse, freezing, seismic events, or work performed by others after we leave.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost rental income or spoiled goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
